TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to browse or purchase from this website. By entering the site and by completing checkout you confirm your age and that you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes only.

2. RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and analytical research use. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. Two confirmations are required at checkout and an order cannot be submitted without both.

3. ACCOUNTS

Guest checkout is disabled. An account is required so that batch numbers and Certificates of Analysis remain attached to your order history. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and dispatch details and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

You accept full responsibility for the lawful storage, handling, containment, record keeping, and disposal of all products supplied, in accordance with Australian law and your own institutional requirements. You agree not to resupply, relabel, or represent any product for human or animal use.

5. PRICING, ORDERS AND DISPATCH

All prices are in Australian dollars. We may correct pricing errors and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where research use intent cannot reasonably be established. Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of a product or the refund of its purchase price. We accept no liability for any use of a product outside the in-vitro research context for which it is supplied.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and by the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
