SHIPPING
All orders ship from our Sydney warehouse via AusPost Express.
DISPATCH TIMES
Orders confirmed Monday to Friday before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same business day. Orders confirmed after the cut-off, or on weekends and NSW public holidays, dispatch the next business day. Crypto orders dispatch once the required blockchain confirmations have been received.

PACKAGING
Every order ships in plain, discreet, unmarked packaging. There is no branding, product name, or laboratory reference visible on the outside of the satchel or box. Vials are packed in protective inserts and, where required, with a cold pack.
TRACKING
An AusPost tracking number and link are emailed and, if you have opted in, sent by SMS at dispatch. You can also check status at any time on our Track Order page. Express Post typically delivers next business day within the AusPost Express network.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Contact contact@noirbiolabs.com with your order number if tracking has not updated for three business days or if a vial arrives damaged. We will lodge an AusPost enquiry and arrange replacement where the parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit.
