DISPATCH TIMES
Orders with cleared payment Monday to Friday before 12pm AEST are scheduled for same-business-day dispatch. Orders with cleared payment after the cut-off, or on weekends and NSW public holidays, are scheduled for dispatch the next business day. Crypto orders are processed once the required blockchain confirmations have been received.

PACKAGING
Every order ships in plain, discreet, unmarked packaging. There is no branding, product name, or laboratory reference visible on the outside of the satchel or box. Vials are packed securely in protective packaging appropriate for transit.
TRACKING
An AusPost tracking number and link are emailed when your order is dispatched. You can also check status at any time on our Track Order page. AusPost Express delivery is typically 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and Australia Post network conditions.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Contact contact@noirbiolabs.com with your order number if tracking has not updated for three business days or if a vial arrives damaged. We will lodge an AusPost enquiry and arrange replacement where the parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit.
