Your order stays on hold until funds are verified. Once confirmed, we prepare the order for express Australia Post dispatch and send tracking details.

Place your order with Bitcoin selected. Keep the Order ID and exact payment amount shown after checkout.

Send BTC only to the displayed Bitcoin address. Check the first and last characters before confirming.

Send the exact amount
Network or exchange withdrawal fees are paid by you and must not reduce the amount Noir Bio Labs receives.

Keep the transaction ID
Save the transaction hash and your Order ID. We dispatch only after the blockchain payment is verified.

Place your order with Ethereum selected and keep the Order ID and exact payment amount from the confirmation page.

Send ETH on the native Ethereum network only. Confirm the address carefully before sending.
- Cover the network fee
Gas or exchange withdrawal fees are paid by you and must not reduce the required payment.
- Keep the transaction hash
Save the transaction hash and Order ID while we verify the payment on-chain.

Use the BTC or ETH amount from your private payment instructions—not the AUD order total.

Check the exchange rate, provider fee, network fee and final amount before continuing.
- Check the receiving wallet and network
Follow Mercuryo's wallet requirements. If it requires a wallet you own, receive the crypto there first, then transfer the payment separately using your private order instructions. Use Bitcoin for BTC or native Ethereum for ETH.
- Complete any security checks
The provider may ask for email, phone or identity verification before processing the purchase.
- Complete the purchase
Follow the provider's secure payment process and wait for its confirmation.
- Save the transaction hash
Keep the transaction ID/hash and your Noir Bio Labs Order ID while payment is verified.

Which payment methods can I use?
Checkout offers Bank Transfer, Bitcoin and Ethereum. Each option has separate payment instructions.
Where are the bank-transfer details?
Select Bank Transfer and place your order. The details appear on the thank-you page and in your confirmation email. Use your Order ID as the payment reference.
When will my order be confirmed?
Bank transfers are confirmed after funds clear. Cryptocurrency is confirmed after the transaction can be verified on-chain. Your order stays on hold until verification is complete.
What if I use the wrong cryptocurrency network?
Stop before sending and confirm the network shown in your order instructions. Transfers made through an unsupported network may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable.
Who pays network and withdrawal fees?
The customer is responsible for all blockchain, gas and exchange withdrawal fees. Add fees on top so Noir Bio Labs receives the full amount required for the order.
I paid but have not received confirmation. What now?
Check your inbox, junk folder and account order history first. Avoid submitting repeated payments while the status is unclear. Email contact@noirbiolabs.com with your order number if available, purchase email, date and amount. For cryptocurrency, also include the transaction ID or hash. Never send wallet passwords, recovery phrases or private keys.
