This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit noirbiolabs.com, contact us, create an account, place an order, join updates or interact with our affiliate and referral systems.

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws. Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles apply to us, this policy is intended to describe our information-handling practices consistently with those requirements.

2. Information we may collect

Name, email address, phone number and dispatch address.
Order details, products ordered, order value, payment status and delivery information.
Account information where you choose to create an account.
Messages, support requests and other communications you send us.
Website activity such as IP address, browser/device information, pages viewed, session data and cookie identifiers.
Referral or affiliate identifiers where you arrive through an approved affiliate link.

We do not need you to provide medical or health information to place a standard research order, and you should not send us unnecessary sensitive information.

3. How we collect information

We may collect information directly from you through checkout, account registration, contact forms, email, newsletter forms and support interactions. We may also collect technical information automatically through cookies, website logs and analytics or campaign tools where enabled.

4. Why we use information

To process orders, payments, dispatch and tracking.

5. Payments

Direct bank transfer and cryptocurrency payments may involve financial institutions, blockchain networks or wallet services outside NOIR Bio Labs. We do not publish your payment details. Blockchain transactions may be permanently visible on the relevant public blockchain.

6. Cookies and affiliate tracking

Essential cookies may be used for cart/session operation, research-use acknowledgement, account sign-in and security. If you arrive through an approved affiliate or referral link, a first-party referral identifier may be stored for up to 30 days so an eligible order can be attributed to that affiliate.

7. Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose personal information to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the store, including website hosting, WooCommerce/WordPress services, email delivery, analytics, fraud/security providers, Australia Post and professional advisers. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

Some service providers may process or store information outside Australia. The countries involved can change depending on the provider's infrastructure.

8. Marketing communications

If you join product or stock updates, we may use your email address to send those communications. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an order may still be sent where necessary to fulfil or administer that order.

9. Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps appropriate to our business to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order administration, support, fraud prevention, legal and accounting requirements, and then delete, de-identify or securely dispose of information where appropriate.

10. Access and correction

11. Privacy complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact contact@noirbiolabs.com with enough information for us to understand the issue. We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period. If Australian privacy law gives you a right to escalate a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), you may do so after giving us an opportunity to address the issue.
