REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Research compounds are sensitive reference materials, so this policy differs from a general retail returns policy.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before dispatch. Email contact@noirbiolabs.com with your order number as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12pm AEST may leave our Sydney warehouse the same business day.
OPENED VIALS
For integrity and traceability reasons, we cannot accept the return of any vial whose seal has been broken. No refund is available for opened vials.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES
If a vial arrives cracked or compromised, or if the batch number supplied does not match the batch documented in your order confirmation, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will replace the item at our cost or issue a full refund.
ASSAY DISCREPANCIES
If independent testing of a sealed vial returns a purity result materially below the published Certificate of Analysis for that batch, send us the report. Where the discrepancy is confirmed, we will refund the affected item in full and withdraw the batch from sale.
PROCESSING
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days. Crypto refunds are issued in the same currency at the spot rate on the date the refund is approved.
